We started over 20 years ago during which we have envisioned and developed the following projects: |

 In 1980 acquired 400 hectares of Monterrey Airport Zone and developed the Stiva Industrial Park with a group of investors. |

| In 1992 founded the Optima Group, to develop Business Class Hotels in México, being the world pioneers of some trademarks such as Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. |

| In 1997 established Metrofinanciera, a financial company with the objective of participating in the growing business of the mortgage loans. |

| In 2003 the Landus Real State Group was founded with a clear purpose of promoting communities development through projects which combine Retail, Industrial and Residential Developments, while continuing the growth of Business Class Hotels in the Mexican market. |
