1. GENERAL CONDITIONS.

The following general conditions regulate the information service of the http://www.landus.com.mx website ("Website") that Landus real estate Group ("LANDUS") provides to the users.

The use of the website assigns the user condition of the website ("User") and indicates the complete, espress acceptance and without reserves of the User to all and each one of these General Conditions and, If the User does not accept and abide by this Agreement, he or she may not use the Website services.

Through the Website, LANDUS facilitates the access to the company information, job postings service, as well as the products that offers LANDUS ("Services").

LANDUS has designed the Website according to the United States of Mexico legislation ("Mexican Laws") and its content is regulated under the jurisdiction of the Mexican Laws. If the User has access out of the United States of Mexico, he/she will be responsible to obey the legislation of the country where the access is being granted.

LANDUS has the right to modify the configuration or content of the Website at any moment and without prior notice, as well as to modify or eliminate the Services and the access conditions and/or use of the website and Services. LANDUS may report about these or other changes without the obligation to do so.

The Users and people that place a Hyperlink between their webpages and any of the pages of the website of LANDUS ("Hyperlink") should observe the following conditions: (i) the Hyperlink will give access only to http://www.landus.com.mx in a separated window (pop up window); (ii) links or information to other pages of the website will not be permitted, (iii) the creation of an environment or frame will not be permitted on the pages of the Website and of the Services; (iv) User(s) shall not, shall not agree to, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, contains viruses, or is otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by LANDUS on the pages of the Website and the Services, neither declare that LANDUS has authorized the Hyperlink or has supervised or accepted the content or information offered in the web page of third parties where the Hyperlink has been placed; (v) with exception of the elements that form part of the Hyperlink, the web page in which the Hyperlink will be established should not contain any mark, commercial name, business label, denomination, logo, motto or other pertinent distinctive trademarks of LANDUS; ( vi ) the web page in which the Hyperlink has been placed should not contain illicit content or information as well as should not contain elements that violate any third parties rights.

The placement of the Hyperlink doesn´t imply in the existence of relations between LANDUS and the owner of the web page where it appears, neither the acceptance and approval by LANDUS of its content or information shown to the public.

4. PRIVACY POLICY.

The Website offers the Job Postings service for the Users, and they expressly agree that the information they provide to LANDUS, be kept and gathered by it so it may be diffused among LANDUS and its affiliated companies.

The Users who access the Job Postings of LANDUS recognize and authorize that the information they provide will remain stored in a database property of LANDUS by which it may be published, reproduced, sold or yield, to the affiliated companies or third parties.

LANDUS adopted security measures for the protection of the Users personal data and installed ways and resources to avoid the loss, misuse, or /and robbery of the Users personal data. Nevertheless LANDUS does not assume responsibilities by the loss or alteration of the information caused due to fortuitous causes or by the action of alien people to our website.

The Users who access the Job Postings of LANDUS recognize and authorize that the information they provide will remain stored in a database, property of LANDUS by which it may be published, reproduced, sold or yield, to the affiliated companies or third parties.

5. EXCLUSION OF RESPONSABILITIES.

The User accepts to use the Website under its unique and exclusive responsibility.

LANDUS does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Website operation and of the Services.

LANDUS disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Services and of the Website operation.

LANDUS does not verify the existence of virus in material exhibited in the Website, neither does guarantee the absence of elements that can produce alterations in the system of the User (software and hardware) or in electronic documents and files stored in its system.

6. AUTHORIZATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS ABOUT THE USE OF WEBSITE CONTENT.

LANDUS authorizes al User to use the material protected by intellectual or industrial rights of property only on the use of the Website and of the Services, according to established in the General Conditions. LANDUS does not grant, under no circumstances , any kind of license or authorization to use the rights of industrial property in intellectual, industrial secrets or any another property or right related to the Website, the Services or the content of it.

7. WEBPAGE ACCESS DENIAL.

LANDUS has the right to deny or to prevent access to the Website and/or the Services, at any moment and without notice, by own initiative or by third parties request, to any User that not comply with these General Conditions.

9. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICCION.

In case of any complaint the user accepts to be submitted in accordance with the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nuevo Leon, United States of Mexico as well as the substantive laws and applicable procedure to the case and of this State, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual or future state or country of residence.
